Why Is My Cat Only Eating The Jelly

It took me a long time to break this habit.

I switched him to only pate-style wet foods which are all one consistency and after a few days of resistance only eating his dry food he caved - problem solved. However if your cat does eat jelly just make sure to watch over them for the next 24 hours or so.

Your cats lack of eating can also be a symptom of a disease or problem thats causing pain or discomfort. My cat does this too. It may be worth a try or youre paying for expensive wet food when all the cat is eating is the gravy.

Im wondering if there is a problem with it the same as some supermarkets are having problems with chicken. Cats like Vaseline because they are attracted to the scent of the petroleum jelly. It is just important for it to be done with moderation.
